Each year dozens of villas await our approval. After initially screening each applicant, our final selection is reserved for only a few new entries. We choose only those properties that give us a real sense of WOW! The home’s panoramic view and geographic position, its interior and gardens, its equipment and special features, together with the local history and possibility to visit sites of interest are just some of the factors that make Italian Escape’s rental properties unique.
